Today's episode of Udne ki Aasha begins with Roshni proudly claiming that her husband, Tejas, earned one lakh rupees in a single day. Her excitement surprises Sachin and Paresh, who doubt Tejas’s words. Tejas has a history of lying, and Sachin hopes he’ll return the money he once took from his father. Paresh lost his savings because of Tejas and even tried to run away with his girlfriend. Although Paresh never demanded the money back, Sachin believes it’s Tejas’s responsibility to return it. Roshni promises they will return everything. She even hands the money to her mother-in-law, Renuka, but Renuka remains tense and unhappy.
The next morning, Sayali serves food. Renuka expects her to call other family members too. Meanwhile, Savitri Devi, Sachin’s grandmother, reminds Paresh of her upcoming birthday. She wants to celebrate it joyfully with the entire family. Sachin and Riya support the idea and want to make the day special. Savitri calls everyone in the village, but Renuka shows no interest and finds the celebration useless.
Savitri Devi asks about Tejas, who again brags about his business. Akash also makes excuses for not visiting her. Renuka looks irritated with Savitri’s presence. Sachin invites Savitri to celebrate the birthday at their home. Renuka dislikes the idea. Sachin becomes emotional remembering his childhood and how Savitri always supported him when his own mother, Renuka, ignored him. He wants to gift her a golden chain on her 75th birthday but worries about money.
Sayali comes up with a plan she suggests asking Renuka for her jewelry so they can mortgage it and buy the chain. Sachin doubts Renuka will agree. They approach Paresh instead, hesitating to speak openly. Paresh understands their feelings and assures them he will handle the arrangements himself.
