In the last episode, we saw Om struggling with painful memories from jail. Isha tried to help him heal. With support from friends, Om finally let out his anger and smiled again. Gayatri, however, was still filled with hate.Now today's episode starts off with Om returns home and is welcomed warmly by Janki, who prepares aamras puri for him. However, the atmosphere turns tense when he confronts Gayatri, sarcastically accusing her of celebrating his downfall. Gayatri tries to keep her composure, fearing he might have discovered her secret plans. The two exchange sharp words, hinting at the deepening rift between them.
During dinner, Janki smiles seeing Om home again and thanks Isha for making it happen. Later that night, Isha brings turmeric milk to Om, who had arranged to sleep on the sofa due to his injuries. After a sweet argument, they end up sharing the bed while maintaining distance. When Om struggles to apply ointment, Isha helps him, leading to a light, romantic moment. Their closeness continues into the next morning, revealing their growing comfort with each other.
Elsewhere, Geeta hosts a kitty party and asks Milli to prepare dahi vade. After two failed attempts, Milli decides to order them through Gomato. Shockingly, Om arrives as the delivery person. Seeing her, he becomes furious, recalling her betrayal. He scolds her, saying she should learn from Isha and is relieved she didn’t become his wife. This confrontation exposes Milli’s mistake and deepens the divide.
At the hotel, Prabha informs Isha that Pratik is considering hiring her back at the nightclub. However, Gayatri must approve. When Isha approaches her, Gayatri questions whether she can manage both jobs while supporting Om. Isha confidently says she can. But Gayatri, hiding her true intentions, plans to create more problems in their lives.
