The episode begins with Om waking up from a nightmare about the third-degree torture he faced in jail. Isha comforts him and gives him water. She worries about his mental state and decides to help him recover. The next morning, Isha takes Om for a walk. When he sees constables nearby, he panics and wants to return. Isha calms him and tries to distract him with golgappas, but Om loses his appetite and walks away.
A few days later, Angad and Murari bring Om’s bike back and clean it. Isha informs Om that she has spoken to his company and he can rejoin work. However, Om feels broken and refuses. His friends and Isha worry about how to bring him back to normal. One day, Murari brings a scooty and hands the keys to Isha. She drags Om outside, pretending to trip on the scooty. Om, concerned, rushes to her. Isha says it's her turn to give him a ride and drives him to Murari's garage.
At the garage, Om is surprised. Isha and friends have set up an area filled with old glass items, bottles, and tube lights. They hand him a hockey stick and ask him to vent his anger by breaking them. Om refuses, but Isha, Angad, and Murari start breaking items themselves. Motivated, Om finally takes the stick and begins smashing the objects, shouting out his anger with each blow. He bursts into tears. In the process, a glass piece injures Isha, but she remains quiet. Om hugs everyone and especially Isha, thanking her. Noticing her wound, he gently dresses it. Isha sees a rare smile on Om's face.
Meanwhile, Garima calls Gayatri and begs her to bring Amitabh back. Gayatri scolds her and explains that Amitabh must stay underground to avoid being caught in the drug case. Back home, Gayatri watches Om and Isha return happy, and her anger grows stronger.
