In the last episode, we saw Sachin and Sayali plan a gift for Savitri’s birthday. Tejas tried to outdo others by spying on their plans. Renuka taunted Sayali. Now today’s episode starts off with Sayali is busy doing all the house chores alone. No one in the family offers her help. Renuka keeps ordering her to complete everything without support. Savitri Devi watches this silently for a while, but finally speaks up. She scolds Renuka for being unfair and tells her to treat all daughters-in-law equally. Sayali keeps working silently without any complaints.
As everyone gets ready for Savitri Devi’s birthday celebration, Sayali is still in her regular clothes. Someone asks why she didn’t wear the jewellery gifted by Savitri. When Sayali mentions the jewellery, Renuka and Tejas get scared. They both know it’s fake. If Savitri finds out the truth, they fear she will throw them out of the house.
Renuka had asked Shakuntala to bring a television from her house as a birthday gift for Savitri. It is a second-hand TV, but they lie and present it as new. Everyone looks surprised. Tejas questions why they didn’t buy it from his store. Renuka gives a silly excuse.
Meanwhile, Akash has cooked the entire meal for Savitri with his own hands. Savitri feels proud and emotional. Renuka burns with jealousy seeing the bond between Akash and Savitri. Tejas is still clueless about what gift to give.
Sayali finally comes wearing the fake jewellery after Savitri insists. Savitri loves her look. Shobha and Joohi also arrive. Savitri welcomes them happily, but Renuka taunts Joohi and calls her characterless. Savitri scolds Renuka for her rude words.
Joohi and Akash tease each other and start laughing. Mamta watches them and feels jealous. She comments on Sayali’s jewellery and mocks her poor status. Renuka gets nervous, thinking Mamta will expose the truth. But Savitri and Shobha both say the jewellery looks real and defend Sayali.
Sayali feels sad as her husband hasn’t returned and isn’t answering her calls. Joohi notices Sayali’s silence and worries for her.
