In the last episode we saw Om confesses his love to Isha, imagining a joyful future together. Their light-hearted moments are interrupted as Isha faces financial pressure and Om suffers a career setback his name is removed from the job list due to attacking the minister’s PA.
Now todays epsiode begins with Dilip arriving at Ram Bhavan. He meets Acharya and Janki privately, handing them Isha’s jewellery, which she once gave to Miley. He requests them to return it to Isha without revealing that he came. Gayatri overhears the conversation and immediately plots to use this opportunity to her advantage.
When Om ignores Isha’s calls, she visits Munna’s house and notices something is wrong. Om initially hides the truth, but eventually opens up about his situation. Isha reassures him that they will find a way together and supports him emotionally, strengthening their bond.
Back at home, Acharya and Janki gather everyone. They offer the jewellery to Om and Isha, saying they had originally made it for Chutki’s wedding but now Om needs it more. Om and Isha hesitate, not wanting to take Ragini’s share, but the parents insist. Secretly, Gayatri clicks pictures of the jewellery to make a fake set and calls Garima to get replicas made by morning.
Later, Om and Isha safely store the jewellery in their cupboard. Isha senses something odd, as the set looks just like the one Dilip made for Miley. Om brushes it off, saying designs can look alike. The next morning, the house fills with smoke, causing Isha to cough due to her allergy. Gayatri fakes a fumigation due to mosquitoesher real aim is to switch the jewellery with the fake one. She sneaks into Om’s room amidst the chaos but is caught red-handed when Om enters.
